BEYOND TIME
Conversations at the edge of past and future
- on how we live, love, create and endure.
Hosted by Sophie L’Estrange Green,
former International Conservation
Ambassador for Chester Zoo,
Beyond Time gathers voices sharing culture
with conscience - exploring what outlasts trends and noise,
and, how we might lie with greater depth,
beauty and balance.
AN IGNITION POINT.
Where food becomes memory,
fashion becomes movement,
land becomes legacy.
Every conversation sparks electricity.
Guests leave awakened.
Listeners leave inspired.

FOOD AS MEMORY
Food is living memory —
written in soil, muscle and tradition.
At our table we gather what nourishes,
what surprises, what connects.
Ancestral grains. Living traditions.
Each plate a story to be remembered.

WHY NOW
The world is rushing.
Too much speed.
Too much noise.
But legacy moves slowly.
It teaches us to pause.
To remember what endures;
where rhythm and memory endure.
Here, slow food, fashion and farming return to the
centre of daily life and culture.
Here, conversation becomes intentional.
Here, memory becomes movement.
SOPHIE L’ESTRANGE GREEN
This project was born in stillness —
in a time when soil, land, and tradition revealed their quiet strength.
A trained architectural historian and former International Conservation Ambassador for Chester Zoo,
Sophie’s work moves between ecology and elegance —
driven by a lifelong obsession with horses.
From the classical seat of Charles Harris to the listening touch of Monty Roberts,
where horse and rider become a lesson in presence, patience, and power.
Inspired by Rudolf Steiner’s vision — farming, food, and craft not as industries but as living, nourishing systems —
her world is shaped by the belief that legacy is not inherited, but cultivated.
